Recommendations for use
- Use completely dry welding wire. Damp welding wire should be baked at a temperature of 80 - 120 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes before use.
- All deteriorated layers should be removed and continuous welding should not be performed.
- Short welds should be welded and cooled down every time.
- In general welding, heating is not required before or after welding. However, for structural work that is prone to stress cracking, the workpiece must be baked at a temperature of 100 - 200 degrees Celsius before welding.
