Specific Specifications

1. The syringe consists of 3 components:

1.1 Barrel

• Made of transparent medical-grade polypropylene, allowing clear visibility of solutions or foreign particles inside the syringe. 
• Durable and resistant to breakage. 
• Clearly marked volume graduations in milliliters (mL). 
• Numbers and graduation markings are produced using a special technique to prevent fading or peeling, ensuring easy reading and high clarity. 
• The syringe tip includes a rim to prevent the plunger from accidentally slipping out of the barrel. 
• The inner surface of the barrel is silicone-coated according to applicable standards to ensure smooth operation during use. 

1.2 Plunger

• Made of medical-grade polypropylene with high strength and durability, resistant to breakage. 
• The thumb pad is designed with an anti-slip feature to provide better grip during medication administration. 

1.3 Gasket

• Made from a special synthetic rubber material (Thermoplastic Elastomer Gasket). 
• Latex-free, reducing the risk of allergic reactions associated with natural rubber latex. 
• Designed as a double-ring gasket to prevent air penetration and leakage of medications/solutions, and to prevent the plunger from being pulled out of the barrel. 
• Silicone-coated according to applicable standards to ensure smooth movement during use. 

2. Connector Types

• Available in two types: 
• Luer Slip 
• Luer Lock 
• Compatible with and securely fits other medical devices used together, such as hypodermic needles. 

3. Syringe Capacity

• 3 mL. 

4. Packaging

• Each syringe is individually packed in a sterile blister plastic pack that protects against moisture and maintains sterility until use. 

5. Standards Compliance

• Manufactured in accordance with Thai Industrial Standards (TIS) and ISO 13485:2016. 

6. Labeling

• Manufacturing date and expiry date are clearly indicated on the packaging. 

7. Sterilization

• Sterilized using gamma radiation and/or ethylene oxide (EO) gas. 

8. Packing Quantity

• 100 pieces per box. 

9. Shelf Life

• Product shelf life is 5 years from the date of manufacture. 

10. Country of Origin
