• The syringe consists of 3 components: 

1.1 Barrel

• Made of transparent medical-grade polypropylene, allowing clear visibility of the solution or any foreign particles inside the syringe. It is durable and not easily breakable. 
• Clearly marked volume graduations in milliliters. 
• Numbers and graduation marks are produced using a special technique that prevents fading, making them easy to read and highly clear. 
• The syringe tip has a rim (RIM) to prevent the plunger from slipping out of the barrel. 
• The inside of the barrel is silicone-coated according to standards to ensure smooth operation during use. 

1.2 Plunger

• Made of medical-grade polypropylene, strong, durable, and not easily breakable. 
• The thumb pad area includes anti-slip features to prevent slipping during pushing or injection into the patient. 

1.3 Gasket (Plunger Seal)

• Made of special synthetic rubber (thermoplastic elastomer gasket), which does not cause allergic reactions as it is latex-free. 
• The gasket has a double-ring design to prevent air leakage or medication/solution leakage, and to prevent the plunger from detaching from the syringe barrel. 
• Silicone-coated according to standards to ensure smooth movement during use. 

1. The connector tip comes in two types: standard tip (Luer Slip) and screw-type (Luer Lock), allowing a secure fit with other medical devices such as injection needles. 
2. Syringe size is 20 milliliters, with a maximum capacity of 22 milliliters. 
3. Each syringe is individually packed in a blister plastic pack that protects against moisture and maintains sterility until opened for use.
   Packed 50 pieces per box. 
4. Manufactured according to Thai Industrial Standards (TIS) and ISO 13485:2016. 
5. Manufacturing date and expiration date are clearly indicated on the packaging. 
6. Sterilized using gamma radiation/ethylene oxide gas. 
7. Product shelf life is 5 years from the manufacturing date. 
8. Manufactured in Thailand.
