Preparing the appliance before use
- Fill the engine oil to the required level before each use (the oil level is at the level of the last end of the oil bath).
- Fill up with gasoline - gasohol except E20-E85
- Check the platform retaining nuts and nuts for tightness.
- Start the machine to see if it works normally.
- Put the oil on the side of the air filter according to the specified limit to trap dust.
- Fill the concrete cutting blade coolant in the coolant tank.
How to use
- Start and warm up the appliance to idle for approximately 30 seconds before each use.
- Replace the coolant valve of the concrete cutting blade.
- Use your hands to handle the handle. Force the machine to be tight ready to make a concrete face cut.
- Adjust the level by turning the steering wheel, adjust the height-low
- Cutting deeper, i.e., lowering the blade, by turning the steering wheel clockwise.
- Lifting the concrete cutting blade, e.g. adjusting the height of the blade by turning the steering wheel counterclockwise.
- Cut the concrete by accelerating the machine gently as needed. Do not accelerate in a surge manner.
- Use both hands to hold the left-right handles of the machine firmly. The concrete cutter must be slowly moving to the side in the desired direction.
- Before turning off the engine, slow the engine down for about 30 seconds to 1 minute to allow the engine to release heat vapor.
MAINTENANCE
- Change the engine oil every 100 hours (No. 40 oil).
- Before use, always check the oil level of the engine (the oil level is at the level of the last thread of the oil bath).
- When discontinued, it should be stored in the shade and should not be exposed to the sun or rain.
- Check the belt pulley to ensure that it is always ready for use.
- Some parts have wear and tear over their life, such as throttle cables. Belts, bearings, wheels, etc., should be replaced when they begin to deteriorate with their condition.
Additional Recommendations
- If the device is used for several hours in a row, there should be a 1-hour break for every 3 hours of use, and it should not be used for more than 12 hours in a row.
- Do not add E20 , E85 fuel.
- You should use 4-stroke engine oil Benz No. 40.
- When moving, the fuel tank cap must be raised so that it is facing up at all times, do not lie on its side or lie down.
- Check the grease on the bearings before each use.
